PRIME5 Hitting Program

This is our Prime5 Hitting Program. This program is something that will really change your game. We using a fully data-driven approach to give you immediate feedback. This feedback will allow our hitting instructors and players to be on the same page as they work together to improve all hitting metrics (bat speed, exit velocity, RPM, swing length, attack angle, launch angle, hand speed, intent)using Motus Sensors, Rapsodo Hitting Unit, and Overload Underload training bats. Hit it harder, hit it farther!

PREP

 

 

In this section of the workout, you will improve your breathing mechanics for nervous balancing and foam roll for muscle tension. Proper preparation yields proper performance.

REV

 

 

In this section of the workout, you will get your body warm. You will experience movement variations and practice techniques to improve mobility and running form.

IGNITE

 

 

In this section of your training, you will prepare to be explosive. Plyometrics, medicine ball, ladders, hurdles, and other explosive movements will engage your fast-twitch muscles.

MAXIMIZE

 

 

In this section of your hitting, you will work on shaping your swing, intent, and athleticism. Whether you want bat speed, better mechanics, or angles you will get it all.

 

EXECUTE

 

 

In this final section, you will execute everything you developed in against moving pitches Maximize section. Apply your approach while being challenged to become a more competitive hitter.
