The PRIME5 Training System is an integrative approach to traing. We believe all types of exercise can help us fully customize a training program for you. It all depends on your goals and the assessment we use to determine the 'do's' and 'don'ts' for your program. *** Please note: There is a minimum of 2 participants for each group training session.
If there are not 2 participants per session, you will be notified and we will reschedule that time for another session. Your new time schedule will usually be within an hour or so of your original request.
