PRIME5 Training

 

The PRIME5 Training System is an integrative approach to traing. We believe all types of exercise can help us fully customize a training program for you. It all depends on your goals and the assessment we use to determine the 'do's' and 'don'ts' for your program. Read and watch below to get the overview of exactly what you will experience and feel during each section of the PRIME5 Training.

PREP

 

In this section of the workout, you will improve your breathing mechanics for nervous balancing and foam roll for muscle tension. Proper preparation yields proper performance.

REV

 

IIn this section of the workout, you will get your body warm. You will experience movement variations and practice techniques to improve mobility and running form.

IGNITE

 

IIn this section of the workout, your inner athlete will be unleashed. Plyometrics, medicine ball, ladders, hurdles, and other explosive movements will improve your fast-twitch capabilities.

MUSCLE

 

IIn this section of your workout, you will gain muscular improvements. Whether you want to get lean or get big, the design of your programs will help you reach your goals.

EVOLVE

 

In this final section, you will evolve through a goal specific conditioning program. Get bigger, leaner, stronger, and fitter. Whatever your goals may be, we can help.

*** Please note: There is a minimum of 2 participants for each group training session. 

If there are not 2 participants per session, you will be notified and we will reschedule that time for another session. Your new time schedule will usually be within an hour or so of your original request.
